Awesome this worked like a charm on a PLDS DVD+-RW DH-16AES. I love you IONIAPCWIZARD - you definitely are a PC Wizard - great, direct, super easy to follow directions - the only thing different in my Dell Optiplex 7010 (besides the DVD drive being an AES) is I deleted an UpperFilters in #4 above - registry location was exactly the same. Driver Matic allows the installation of a driver with the click of a button. Prior to Driver Matic, all drivers had to be installed differently and required significant user involvement. Now with Driver Matic, a PC can have up to date drivers automatically.

Stage 1 : Please do all the below even if you have done some before as it is often the total
